We live in an older home, and have struggled with ants getting inside for years. The first time we had Matt come take a look, I figured it would be the hundredth failed attempt to get rid of all of the ants. That was 2 years ago, and Matt has come to help us out seasonally a couple times a year since then, and we haven't had any more issues since his first visit! Matt has been wonderful to work with, he takes his time and answers any questions. And the best part is that he uses all natural and organic products, so we can feel safe about our kids playing!

During the windstorm this past weekend, I woke up to a bald faced hornets nest smacking off my bedroom window. I never saw it before and boy was I glad we found it. I called a few places in my area but Matt at Home Shield was more "personable" and able to come out the quickest. He came by Monday morning and the bees were removed within 20 minutes. While Matt was in his beesuit, I was behind the screen learning about the process and the hornets environment! I highly recommend Home Shield and very thankful for Matt coming out before they decided to move indoors for the winter
